Management at this hotel is below average. If you have anything wrong with your room or your stay, good luck because you will just have to just deal with it.The General Manager Jody, will just argue with you and deny any problems. The director of operations Anthony, will dispute your claims online instead of contacting you directly. So its all a big show to the public, everytthing is fine , there are no problems here and were sorry for your bad experience , now go away!

There are alot nicer Hotels in downtown Milwaukee which is only 15 minutes away from the airport who focus on Customer service and Customer satisfaction.....

Space, and staff are more then expected. The Rooms are larger then the standard hotel room, and offer a sofa and a great desk thet you can catch up on E-Mails and work without having to place the laptop on you lap while sitting in Bed. The staff is great and willing to help where needed. Bring your Dogs the General Manager loves them, and has a Saint Benard of his own that he can tell you about.
