My wife and I are first time landlords and started with MPI in June. We shopped around for property managment companies, and decided to go with them. They initially inspected our property and gave us recomendations for some minor repairs. They fixed it at a reasonable cost. They also found us a tenant in a week or two. A couple of selling points included that they are landlords too and that they don't charge for finding new tenants. Their accountant, Ouri direct deposits our rents once a month, but it's great. So far we have had a great experience with BMG and are hoping it lasts. If so, in a few more years will add another property to their portfolio. I'll be sure to keep this review updated if our opinion changes.

It's been a pleasure doing business with MPI and I can say that they are really good people who try their best to do a good job. Theyhave always done what they said that they were going to do. I would ignore the negative comments by teanats. These are most likely be the renters that you wouldn't want anyway. If you need a property Manager call MPI, talk to them and make your own decision.

As a former homeowner who is forced to rent It's been very good doing business with everyone at MPI. They are a group of professionals. I would highly recommend renting from MPI. They don't even charge you an application fee.
