Great Business Ethic. Recently my car had become waterlogged - I was driving through a flooded intersection (Vliet and Hawley, right by Matt's), maintaining a path towards the middle, more shallow end of the road.

When the truck behind me decided I wasn't moving fast enough, he decided to pass me on the left, causing a large wave which picked my car up, and threw me in to the deep area of the road, waterlogging my engine.

According to Matt's, my engine had taken in a lot of water - my air cleaner was ruined, etc.

When picking my car up, the gentlemen insisted I not pay for their services until I had driven the car for a few days.

This to me says they're ready to stand by their work - and to do this after an engine has been waterlogged - in my opinion - is a bold move that just shows how intent they are on customer satisfaction.

I'll be taking my car back there from now on.
