tinting,over christmas break we brought our 2012 audi a6,to sunbusters, very nice people and great job we will be back to tint every car we buy to sunbusters form now on, we went to them after our appt was canclled twice at another shop, thnak you looks great,
If you have new expensive car, do you
want them to ruin it by doing extremely low quality job? They might be cheap as so their standard for quality. Please, beware.
I had Sunbusters install pre-cut clear bra kit on my car. Not only they've done a horrible job installing it, they also managed to use sharp knife to trim the kit in certain places leaving marks on my bumper. I did go to two different places to get their opinion on the installation and they both said - 'whoever installed it had no idea what they were doing". I went back to Sunbusters and explained my concerns, however they won't even listen and blame the kit that it wasn't properly cut and it's was a cheap material. However professional installers use the same cut and material and I've seen the quality of the installation where you can barely see clear bra on the car. It's not been the case with Sunbusters.
Sunbusters won't give refund, won't accept that their installation quality is extremely low.

i took my car to sunbusters for the first time and i was very pleased with the job,I was a little concerned when they told me 3 hours to get the job done because i was waiting for the car, but when the found out i was waiting they pulled my car in and started on it and i was outta ther in 2,which was perfect bc i made it to work on time.i have been to other window tint stores but i felt comfertalbe at sb,so i will b bak when i get another car,

I have had three cars tented by Sunbuster and each time they have done a great job with the installation. I have set the appointment, dropped the car off, and picked up at the end of the day.
No issues at all, based on some of the other reviews I just added additional time for the work to be done.
The quality is great and would recommend them to everone.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. First, the company is run out of a broke down house where the setting is very very unprofessional. I was left completely alone multiple times when I came to drop off my vehicle and pick it up. It took almost 4 hours for them to complete the job. My appointment was for 1:15 and and they said it would be done at 5. When I showed up, nope, not done but was told shortly. 45 minutes later my vehicle was completed. So far, a good job on the tint though, seems to have been a good job. When I went to pay, they said that I could not use a credit or debit card, so I had to find a ride to run to the bank to get cash to pay. Then after leaving, they didn't mention that my car was almost completely dead from them leaving the key in the ignition. So I get my car, pay in cash, and head out the door. I start to drive away and realize my check engine light is on and my battery is damn near dead. About 3 blocks away my car completely shuts off and I am stuck on the side of the road. I call back to tell them that my car has died, he tells me that its his fault he forgot to mention that they left the keys in the ignition the entire time they were doing the job. He tells me that I need to find a jump to recharge me battery but does NOT offer to come do it for me. I ask him about the check engine light and he tells me he will call a dealer to find out what it may mean and will call me right back. About 15 minutes pass before I try calling back. What do i get? No answer what so ever, I leave two voicemails to call me back but do I ever get a call back? Nope. I end up having to call a friend to come jump me. After recharging my battery on the side of the road, I drive back to the 'shop' and the guy LEFT!!! I call back and leave him a message that my check engine light is still on and thanks for not even OFFERING to come jump my car for THEIR mistake. I tell him to call me back when he gets this message. Two days later, still not even a call back to see if the car is back to normal or an apology for their awful customer service and mistakes. Also, I forgot to mention when getting into my car, my car completely wreaks of smoke from the workers smoking in or around my car. This may be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would never recommend this business to anyone ever. If you call other places, they will do just as good of a job and you will not be just someone who gave them money and don't give a crap about what happens after you leave. If you can, please inform anyone who is considering going to these guys to please go elsewhere. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau to help people avoid scam artists such as these guys.
DONT GO HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!. The owner of this place is a crook. They put the wrong tint on my vehicle and didnt tint all the windows i payed for. All the windows have bubbles in them. They keep scheduling me appoinments and then not showing up. The owner doug is a con man and a theif. DONT GO HERE!!!!
Amazing Service. Negative buying experiances are almost always linked to shobby customer service. Even though most businesses claim that they put people first, it's rare to find good customer service. And in this instance I couldn't have gotten better service. Sunbusters main focus is there service they provide for their customers. Sunbusters is a company devoted to creating a positive experiance for there customers. They convey an articulate and in-depth knowledge of products and services to win customer trust and confidence. Sunbusters treats people with courtesy and respect. They not only demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction but dedication to courtesy. They focus on making customers, and not sales. Last but not least Sunbusters help customers find what they need, and explain how products work, they just don't try to sell you something to make money. I will continue to do business through Sunbusters, I hope that other people will do the same. They will not be disappointed.
Good work if you can get them to show up!. They do nice work if you can get them to show up on time, if at all. I have had a few cars done here and the work is good but 3 out of 4 visits they were late or never showed up. Today I drove 30 miles for a 10am appointment and at 10:20 I finally left. Like I said, the work is good but not good enough to get me to waste my time going back. Unfortunatly this is pretty much the norm for most businesses. Business must be pretty great for everyone to not bother to provide good customer service. Time to find a new glass tinting company.
