In Short
This local chain specializes in rustic, artisan breads and baked goods. Breadsmith bakers use steam-injected hearth ovens and the finest natural ingredients to create authentic old-world European breads, baguettes and pastries. Quality ingredients are the rule here--no additives or preservatives are used. Special vanilla is imported from Madagascar and freshly ground cinnamon comes all the way from East Asia. Favorites are the sourdough loafs, French peasant bread and the eastern European-style coffee cake, babka.
