Tips for Forrer Business Interiors

Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff - Great products. My experience with Forrer was great. From the first day I visited their showroom until our office renovation was complete, the entire team that worked on my project was helpful, had great suggestions and were always available to answer questions. Not knowing anything about furniture, it would have been easy for them to take advantage of us, but instead both the designer and sales person took their time to explain our options, learn about our needs and help us make the right decisions for our space. I absolutely recommend Forrer Business Interiors.

From the inside..... Alright... From one who has expierenced the inner workings of F.B.I, I am here to tell you how big of a joke this company is. communication between the head honchos and the workers is nil to none... The project managers dont do their jobs, seems like they refuse to give their contractors proper equipment...such as a ramp while unloading a truck? I mean if a building doesnt have a dock, one would assume a ramp is needed. Also, imagine a job on the 3rd floor, in which the building has an elevator that cant be used past a certain time on a semi unload... usually a job would start early to avoid having to carry product up 3 flights of stairs. I guess the project managers dont think of these things? But who cares right? it only costs the company more money to spend 4.5hrs hauling it up , instead of an hour or two by elevator.. Ive got plenty of examples, far to many to post... wanna here more? get in touch...
