Shady Treatment. I had a stereo installed today, and received some very shady treatment. 1st off, I was quoted an extra hour of labor, which was to bypass my amp. I did some research, and realized that they did not need to bypass my amp. I called them, and let them know, and threatened to go to Best Buy, and they left a voice message on my phone, informing me that I would only be changed with 1 hour labor. They also told me that they are superior to Best Buy, and that they fix their mistakes all the time. I went in today, to have the stereo installed, and they tried adding on $60 for labor. I complained, and threatened to sue them. Betsy, the owners girlfriend pretended to call the garage, and told me that they would only charge me for 1/2 hour of labor. After driving off the lot, I noticed that my heater does not work anymore. Very Shady business. I suggest going to Best Buy, where you at least have a solid company's reputation backing you up. They also have a $50 flat fee for installation. I do not recommend Captain Install, and will never go back. Please save yourselves allot of trouble, and Shady treatment and just go to Best Buy.
