Great local bar. Good beers. Good eats. Free wifi. Friendly bar. We always come here when in town.

Disappointing Fish Fry. I've eaten cheeseburgers here before and have been very impressed with the food and service.

I went for a takeout Cod Fry late on a Friday and was disgusted with the meal. Three small pieces of cod and a handful of fries. The cod smelled strongly of fish and had the telltale metallic taste that signals a wicked bout of GI distress to come. The fries were ice cold and the fish room temperature and obviously cooked well ahead of time. I waited over forty minutes after ordering at the bar so it must have been sitting in back for some time. The bartender tried to charge me twice, so I put up a stink, but it was overpowered by the smell coming from my order. He checked the computer and let me go without an apology.

For ten bucks, I'd expect more from their fish fry especially since there's an all-you-can-eat place a block away for a dollar cheaper. This might have been an off night (it was Good Friday, so I don't know why). I've been there before when a friend had the combo fry and it looked and smelled fine. The amount of fish was the same as mine, even though the combo is half cod and half shrimp. If you decide to risk an upset and half-full stomach, I'd recommend going early and eating the dinner there. If they ask you to pay ahead of time remember to get a receipt.

Cool Place. I recently moved into the area and always thought Tracks was a type of bar that wasn't my style. Much to my surprise I stopped in for their Friday fish fry and it was good. Their shrimp fry is also very tasty. I've never been a fan of really crowded bars and always thought Tracks would be that type of place. However, one night while driving back home about 11:30pm on a Saturday, we wanted to stop somewhere for a beer. We reluctantly went inside to find that there were only about 10 other customers. The music was good and not blaring and the bartender was really friendly. It's a very mixed crowd there, but everybody seems to be in good spirits. Overall, a very pleasant find and a place I can walk to if I decide late at night that I want to go out.
