Great find!. We happen to drive by Doyle's Milwaukee Inn and stopped in for a bite. The food, service and family atmosphere has made this a place we will surely come back to!!

Don't let the decor deter you. This century-old spot serves delicious schnitzel, strip steak and potato pancakes.. The Scene
Owned and operated by Chef Thomas Doyle, the sparse dining room compensates for its lack of decor by serving generous portions of quality fare with a reasonable price tag. In fact, this cozy west-side spot may be the most underrated restaurant in Milwaukee.

The Food
Hefty porterhouses, New York strips and filets are all top shelf, but it's the fresh seafood and schnitzels that guarantee return trips. A variety of fresh seafood offerings change nightly, though Parmesan-crusted salmon filets and oven-roasted talapia have graced diners' plates. The tender pan-fried schnitzel, offered in German, French and Italian varieties, will make your taste buds dance with pleasure.
