Panda Hut Chinese Restaurant

Pass on this one my friend. Panda Hut is NOT a good choice.. I have ordered from Panda Hut several times (4 to be exact), but not again. I tried to give them an opportunity to fix their issues, but they failed. The first time........1 hr 45 min to deliver my food. Yes it was cold. (Sept 10)

Second time........1 hr delivery and did not have change for a twenty dollar bill ($27 bill, gave them 2 $20's, No change). I had to ask a neighbor. I should of emptied my change jar. (Dec 10)

Third time.....On time delivery, I charged it on my CC. They charged my card twice. They refused to credit the second charge, I had to go through my bank. (march 11)

Last time (today)...... 1 hr delivery, I had exact change, but there was a very sharp stick in my General Tsao's I almost ate. When I called to complain, The woman said "me the manager", then "manager not here" and then "he come manager". Wrong again. No manager working and they REFUSED to tell me when the manager would be in next. (July 11)

How can you run a business like this.

I love there Crab Rangoon, but not enough to keep getting screwed each and every time.…
