Dave is a very knowledgable bowling ball technician. He;s straightforward, simple, and gets excellent results without over-complicating things. Best place I've ever had any work done!

6 year customer.....
Just for a basis as to what we are actually looking at here I'm going to give you some background.
I started bowling 6 years ago and averaged about 150. Since going to Dave my average has increased yearly, topping out at 216 this season. I have five 300 games and one 800 series to boot. I also know plenty of other 200 plus averaging bowlers that swear by Dave.
That being said, without proper ball release, footwork, ball speed, etc. your ball may not react the way you expect it to. If this is an issue for you, finding a coach might not be a bad idea.
I've had 9 pieces of equipment drilled in these 6 years and every one of them has been nothing short of what I expected. Dave is extremely personable and treats his customer's fairly. If your a new bowler, he's not going to force you into $300 of equipment you may not want. He does close a tad early and sometimes drilling might take a week or two due to high volume of business, but these are minor things that can be overlooked. Overall I would highly recommend Dave to anyone getting into bowling, or anyone looking for a new pro shop.
