Best hobby shop and the best customer servce.. Don’t give up on us hobbyists

You have the best hobby shops in WI

I have been a customer of yours for many years and I know first hand what you and your family have done for the Hobby. I also have learned allot from you. You have helped me from day one. I first met Scott at A flying in Port Washington. The Astrowings flying club. Scott demonstrated his aircraft and flying skills at the Special Olympics fly in. I was so impressed that I came down to Milwaukee and I stopped in your Store on 76th St get A plane. Laurie sold me A trainer that she recommended I think it was an Avistar. It was more then I expected to spend but it was well worth it. Scott took me out and showed me how to fly it. I was surprised how ignorant I was and thankful that he went out with me to teach me how to fly. I would have crashed it right away if it had been for hooking up the buddy box. Scott must have saved it at least a dozen times the first day out. Now that is Customer service. I was in the National store when you had a store full of customers and you were answering some ones questions about a car that he bought on the Internet

He did not even get it from you but you were trying to help him. He got mad at you because you had to ring me up on the register and he stormed out of the store. I don’t know how you have put up with some of these people.

All the Happy hobby shops have a very large selection of fun stuff for every one.

I have been in the other hobby shops all over the country. Nothing compares to your stores Happy Hobby. You have always been able to help me and have what I needed in stock. Thank You!

I recommend Happy Hobby to everyone “Good choice”

great store for serious hobbiest. Owner is a little rough around the edges and is very opinionated, but he knows what he is talking about. I guess he has been involved in many parts of the business for many many years. I have been in on many occasions for different projects and have always left helped and educated.

What do you people want from the world today? Somebody behind the counter or on the other end of the computer to take your money for something that might or might not work, or someone with experance that can acually teach you what you want and need to know about what your doing!

Why is happy hobby still in business?. I stopped in to purchase an additional battery and a better charger for my RC helicopter but when the (owner?) found out I had purchased my heli online and out of state, I was lectured about sending my business out of state, not helping him pay his property taxes and "wasting his time with nickle and dime accessories" I mistakenly assumed that $100+ in purchases was worth ten minutes of his time. When I asked him how much of his inventory came from out of state, he promptly fled to the back of the store and I left.

(Discriminated) Told to find help somewhere else. After referencing the internet, A middle aged gentleman verbally abused me, calling me uneducated about the subject and told me never to believe anything on the internet. As he continued to raise his voice and rant and rave about how he was the world champion of rc racing, he never helped me fix my problem and inevitably told me to go get it fixed somewhere else!!!!!!

This was the second time I had visited this particle store with the same gentleman working, the first I had purchased numerous items. He also tried to sell me a part that was marked up double of what its value is.
