I was visitng from out of town and my luggage needed repair. I found Traveling Bags through a Google search. The staff was very friendly and helpful over the phone, as well as in the store. My bag was ready in less than 24 hours, back to working condition. I would use them again if I ever need them!

A BEST KEPT SECRET , WOW!. Wow! As I drove up to this quaint little store, I was on the phone with an out of state friend and I said, "Uh...I'll have to send you a pic of this place, not sure about it." I was not impressed with the store's outside, but inside, WOW! What a find! The store's owner is a knowledgeable, "good for you", kind of person. She puts her energy into the most important thing, YOU! her customer. She knows her stock and is up on what's important to today's traveler. I was looking for Pacsafe products of which they have a great selection. If they do not have the item you are looking for, it will be special ordered for you so you can check it out. While I was there entranced by all the cool products, the owner helped several people who left exceedingly pleased! Not only is this store the Brewer's luggage choice, but it should be yours. You can go online or somewhere else and hope you buy the right piece, or you can come to this store and leave with the peace of mind that you DID buy exactly what you needed! Prices are right on as well. Travel confidently with the service of this great little Milwaukee's Best Kept Secret!

Great place!. Only luggage repair place in the area, but it's all we need. Super friendly staff. Very fast service. Great people to work with. I was promised a week on my repair and it was done the same day!

It's the oyster with the problem that ends up with the pearl. I exchanged a problem for a pearl.. The world is my office, and when I needed a quick repair in the worst way imagineable, these people understood and came through for me with flying colors at a fair price. I also found a bargain on a pair of new pieces of quality luggage.

Great midwestern service and can-do attitude. Professional and friendly midwestern service by an enthusiastic on-site proprietor. As a frequent traveler who often checks his bags, I have had a reason to do business with luggage businesses in Dallas, New Orleans, Chicago and Philadelphia--and these folks compare very favorably to those companies. Due to their smaller size and more personal service, I came to the conclusion that they represented an upgrade over similar companies in larger cities. Adept in the repair of TravelPro and many leading other brands, this outfit also carried the recommendation of the airline who was responsible for creating the need for their services in the first place. I would certainly recommend this shop to any on-the-go business traveler.

New everything - owner, luggage, travel accessories. What a 'up and coming' place!! I had to get my luggage repaired quickly and these people were able to do so. When I got there, I was surprised to see the selection of luggage that the new owners are bringing in such as PacSafe, Titan, Travelpro, Delsey, as well as the standard Samsonite. Very friendly people and prices seemed reasonable.
