Great service, Had 2 tv's fixed, ontime

This is the second time I had a tv fixed withing the past year. Both tv's were fixed within a week and were at the estimated cost. One of the tv's they even fixed another minor problem with no additional charge.
They seem honest and upfront with the repair estimates and the repair time of one week I thought was fast.

Terrible Customer Service

They had my t.v. for over a month and ended up only temporarily fixing it. The customer service is extremely rude. They cannot fix simple t.v. problems, like an on/off switch, and claim that they've never encountered these problems before. It is hard to believe that in all the years they've been in business, power buttons are not their expertise. They also don't support their warranty policy. The receipt says that they have a 90day warranty. This is not true unless you have them try to fix it again - which if they couldn't fix it in the first place, why would you go back? They are a complete waste of time.

Phenominal Customer Service!!!

Extraordinary - Unbelieveable service!!! Not only was my inquiry call returned promptly, the service fee quoted more reasonable than most others, but it was suggested I try something on my own, prior to the service person coming out. I tried the suggestion -- it worked -- and cost me $0. In this day and age of getting as much $$ from the consumer as possible -- this shocked me and for that reason I would highly recommend Solidstate TV for their shear honest, customer-minded service!!! They definitely rank #1 in my book! THANK YOU!!!
