Avoid using this van service!. This is a van service used for children and adults who need transportion to appointments. They are funded by Title 19, BMCW, and Wraparound as well as other sources.

They provide very unsafe care for our most vulrenable citizens. They are chronically late, not willing to walk children in to find a responsible adult, have old flthy vans that the clients hate to ride in, the drivers are rude, and they miss about half of the appointmnets. Attempted to call them today about a child who has not shown up and their phone is not working! They attempt to cut corners to save money and attempt to charge for rides that were not provided. They have left an 8 year old child stranded on a downtown milwaukee street at rush hour. The fact that they do not walk the kids in and leave the area means that a child is unsupervised up to an hour. This is very unsafe for our children and low income or disabled adults.
