If only there were a way to give this
business a zero. Hired to handle a family estate sale, we assumed that they would be courteous, helpful, and respectful.
They were not.
Examples include rude treatment of visitors to the home during the sale, no assistance in removal of large items, literally yelling at a customer after they inquired about a price reduction. My personal favorite is a toss-up between the reply when we asked if we could help..."Get out, that's how you can help", or the owner charging us to buy back family items that were inadvertently included in the sale...
Do not hire this company.
