Bravo to you all, your time, effort, talent, energy and fortitude do not go unnoticed. I do hope Daniel Katz is aware of this, and the sensational staff he has managing this property, it's not to be taken lightly because you all are the motion that runs a beautiful property.

I think the reviews here are knee-jerk reactions to new ownership. I lived at Prospect Towers for just over two years and it was a pleasant experience. Yes, when Katz took over they raised my rent about 13%, but they also repaired the entire roof of the building, bought brand new gym equipment, are currently renovating the hallways, and have plans to renovate the pool area.

As far as staffing goes, Crystal is still there and she has always been very pleasant and really helpful to me.

Whoever posted that there are no amenities to speak of is just plain lying. An underground, heated parking spot is included in the rent. Heat is still included in the rent (do you know how much money that is saving you in the winter months???) The pool area is nice. The fitness center is decent. All in all, it's a pretty nice place.

Also, I never once had a problem with noise.

I do not like Katz. I've lived in Katz properties before and have had some bad experiences, but I think the ranting here against them is simply due to the fact that people can't handle change. Other than raising the rent, I don't think they've done anything to warrant a bad review. And the building has always been a nice place to live. Compare the price/amenities/location/size of these apartments to others in the area, and you'll see that they are good competitors.

I only moved out because I moved out of state.

Staff is very obliging and helpful. Very happy that I moved to this location. Facilities are great! Moved from a big old house of 46 yrs to a lovely apartment - has everything I need!

Views, pool, outstanding management with same day completion of maintenance tasks... underground parking in the winter which was a godsend in milwaukee. Quiet, classy and the amenities really made this place. I've heard there have been renovations since I was last there too. I was proud to call this place home.

I have lived in the towers for over a year and have found the manager to be quite friendly and helpful. I have lived in nicer places but the location and the price are why I love it here. I am currenlty looking for something larger to get some roomies and the manager has gone above and beyond to work out the details. I have seen some of these reviews while searching for another place and can only assume people love to complain. I for one am very happy with them and will continue to rent from them. Thanks guys for all your help!

My experience was positive and included fast response to maintenance issues, efficient office staff, quick snow removal and superb assistance with moving in. The views are nice and location is great but it's the extra help and effort of the manager who made my experience so wonderful. Thank you!
