Poorest Customer Service. I went into their shop to buy two gift boxes for my employees and planned on buying a few more over the weekend. The older man who was there (it was very slow and we were the only ones there) acted like I asked him to donate a kidney, he freaked out and whined a bit saying it wold take time to put it together....

Isn't that suppose to be his job?

Don't they appreciate me spending money there? What a looser business! I just said nevermind and walked out, we then went to the Wisconsin Cheesman on 3rd and Highland and bought twice as much and no one there complained!!
