I would like to say that I have been going to sofia's for quite some time now, not only because it's close to home but the waitresses are awesome, well a few, I wont mention names, but the older waitress who has been there for quite awhile is not that friendly, and the new ones he is hiring now are horrible, but I have a couple there that are my favorites. But the last few months I have been here I have seen and heard some very direspectful and dicriminating thing's said to these waitresses and another employee. I have sat in the bar and listened to some down right disrespectful thing's about the wait staff, this coming from the bartender who is also the owner, SAL. Not only does he treat his wait staff horribly, he is also intoxicated every night, and then he get's worse. I heard something last week I cant or wont repeat said to those same girl's, and for them to have to deal with this because they need a job to support there families is sad. No one should have to be treated like this, employee or otherwise, all I have to say is he is not losing customers because of anything else but how he treats people, and maybe if he would stay sober once in awhile, that would help to. I for one will not return to Sofia's again, not because of the employees, but the owner himself.
