User review by overnyter. Like a lot of the others before...I am also an old Suburpia fan. I found Gold Coast in West Allis by accident, and I have been a regular there ever since. Nothing fancy..just good Suburpia tasting subs. I still think they beat the other big guys for taste, and the price is about the same. I guess we'll have to see how they hold up now with Suburpia opening up stores in the Milwaukee area again. I think I will still stop in to Gold Coast for the time being.

Gold Coast Sub Not What it used to be !!!!!. I grew up in the 70's when Suburpia was the best sub in town...then they went out of business. I found Gold Coast subs on the east side of Milwaukee. Exact taste. Every chance I could get down there I grabbed a sub. When done eating , there was enough to make a salad at the bottom of the bag. They closed and now I have to travel from the Northshore to S.27th to get my taste satisfied. Very unhappy with this store. Though taste is the same, you receive half the amount. Not worth the drive for the value.
