We were loyal customers until tonight. We were told the food would arrive in 30 minutes, after about an hour we called to inquire about an ETA. The girl on the phone was completely rude asking us if "we didn't hear their phones ringing" because they were so busy. We asked to talk to the manager and he was just as rude swearing and asking us "how the hell we are supposed to know where are driver is". This was the absolute worst I have ever encountered in any type of customer service ever!. Andrea's is horrible and their employees and managers are rude and do not care about customer service or satisfaction. We will never, ever go back and I would not recommend that anyone ever give Andrea's any business .

If your looking for a trip to the hospital~. Well we ordered from here because we received a flyer in the mail and they had a good family deal. Unfortunately this order almost killed me and ended up costing us thousands in medical bills. Nothing like some Salmonella to go with your chicken.

Why can't we get utensils?. Why can't we get utensils and ketchup without asking for it? Do they reall think we keep these things in the office. We order from there at the VA Medical Center at least 3 times a week. We should get better service than this!

For the price, you can't beat it!. The title says it all.I recommend this pie to anyone who loves "sloppy pizza"!

Friday Beer Batter Fish is Superb. First try was the the Beer Batter Fish. You can not beat the price, and the fish and tartar sauce is excellent.

There Pizza specials are the greatest, and very good.

Want to try the ribs next, as when person said they fell of the bone, and were so good and plentiful.

Yummy yummy. Pizza tastes great, always get the meal deal #1 2 Liter, pizza, wings, garlic bread...satisfied everytime

bad order. our pizza came late and onion rings. totally cold then i called and all the guy said is thank you for calling. i even told him we order alot from him and this was really bad but he didnt care. wont order again. be careful

Their pizza is great!. Andrea's pizza is really good and very reasonably priced. They recently opened a dining room and are open during the lunch and dinner times.
