Terrible experience. I bought a groupon here for their eyebrow tattooing and they have rescheduled me multiple times. Do us all a favor and don't go here. They don't accomodate to their customers for their mistakes. First, they didn't update their address. Drove there and missed my appointment. I'm sorry but updating your business's website is crucial. I'm a student from UW-Madison and I don't have the time or car to be traveling back and fourth to an empty appointment. The second time they rescheduled me was because they schedule my appointment on the first on mistake and NO ONE WAS THERE. "I'm sorry, I'll get you in right away this Friday morning." Again, we didn't check our inventory and have no needles and our technician will be out of town until the 9th. Seriously, what the heck. Your not going to compensate me for my time lost. They have terrible customer service and I'm extremely unhappy.

I had permanent makeup (eyebrows) done by Julita and they are fantastic! Service was professional and her room was nicely decorated. But that was nothing compared to how great my brows look. They have always been thin without coloring them in, now they look perfect all the time. Very natural looking as well (you can't tell they aren't mine). I've received a ton of compliments and can't say enough good things about my experience. Prices were good for this type of service as well.

i want to thank this salon beacuse i received a great attention from all the staff im real comftrable going their,not just because the attention but the change i had with one of the stilyst (dont remember her name) but she did a awsome job thanks matrixx

Best Salon Ive been to. This is the salon to go to if you are looking for great quality!!... I've been going for a few years now, and for the first time ever i met someone who actually made my hair look nice and complemented my style and personality.... I dont go anywhere else... ever since ive started coming to D'Matrixx i havent gone anywhere else except for once or twice... The people there are nice, the music is great and theres great style everywhere you look.... So much personality radiates from the staff... i recommend this salon to all my friends..and anyone else that wants their hair to look good for a good price..

Awesome!!. The place is hip!! nice music all the time. Vibrant ambiance. The service is superb, specially when you get a cut by the owner Julieta for women, and Herika for men. The price for the cuts is awesome when you consider the quality of their service and the great hair cuts. I suggest you try to call and make an appointment because they are super busy!!! enjoy!!!
