its worse than it sounds

These apartments may seem like they offer many amenities but let me assure you, they aren't even worth the cheap rent. The pool and so called club house is dirty and as far as the "gym" area, well if you call a treadmill that doesn't work a gym then i guess it would meet your standards. Although the heat is included, management monitors it so you are just above freezing. The laundry facilities not only have all shapes and sizes of insects crawling around but often hold washers and dryers that don't work and also damage your clothing. To top things off, the management, specifically Kathy, is rude, uncompromising, and has terrible work ethic. Don't expect to get ahold of anyone when the laundry room is flooded, you have no hot water or you have bees flying all over your apartment because although she has an "EMERGENCY NUMBER" she never responds to it and by the time she gets your message, you'll be flooded, stung by a million bees, and late for work and dirty w/o a shower. I urge you to keep looking when coming across these apartments in Greenfield because winters are hell with no shoveling or plowing, and rent just goes up every year and the customer service and accommodations just keep drastically declining.
- Pros: location
- Cons: parking, staff, managment, quality, pool, so called club house, kathy (landlord

A very nice place to live
by terribletom at Citysearch
I have been at Willowick for nearly 12 years. Note: I could live anywhere I want and this is where I choose to live. Management is very helpful and concerned about its tennants. The parking lots are not the best but for the money one could easly over look it. Neighbors are neighbors, some good some not so good but that goes where ever you live. The rooms other than the kitchen are nice size, they are in very nice condition. Freshly painted and new or like new carpet when you move in and every 5 years after. If you have a problem management responds quickly to any condition. If you want a nice child friendly, place to live near a mall and any restaurant you want then Willowick is it. I would recommend living here to any nice person thats wants a great place at a great price.
- Pros: Great place to live for nice people
- Cons: Parking lots could use an upgrade
willowick apartments

Willowick is a very nice apartment complex. The management seems to be willing to invest in upkeep, more so than any other apartment I ever lived in. Most problems are taken care of in a day or two. For instance, I needed a new dishwasher and it was delivered and installed within 4 business days. Sure there are alot of vehicles in the complex, but all my neighbors and I have our own assigned spot to park in. I like it here. I have made lots of friends here.
- Pros: it has a heated indoor and out door pool, and party room.
- Cons: there are a few holes in the parking lot.
Avoid at all costs!

Although spacious, dishwasher equipped and heat included, these apartments are going downhill fast. Management takes at least 2 weeks to respond to problems. Repairs are done cheaply, not correctly. Although the rugs were cleaned and the walls freshly painted when I moved in, the paint was slopped all over the cupboards, doors and trim, the trim was coated in dust, the light switches were dirty and tacky, there were ants and behind the stove was filthy. The doors were all chipped on the bottom and looked terrible. The basement looks like a poorly lit dungeon and the storage lockers are tiny. The parking lots are full of holes which get filled every year, only to be holes again within 2 months' time. Many of the tenants are noisy and have no respect for other tenants...slamming building doors, stomping up the stairs, yelling and/or fighting at all hours of the night.
- Pros: Nice sized bedrooms, unique bathroom
- Cons: Small kitchen, small storage lockers, dark basement, loud neighbors, bad parking lots
