Great place for getting in shape. Not an intimidating meat market gym, normal every day people of all sizes & ages get in shape here. Very encouraging staff to achieve results & a great family atmosphere.

Avoid Wasting Your Time and Money. This place may be affordable, but that's only becasue the place is rundown. The front desk staff is friendly, but don't seem to care much for their jobs. The owner of the place is a fat old guy who clearly doesn't know how to use his own gym. The place litterly is just a pile of old equipment with a few new machines mixed in. The trainers are poorly trained and as a trainer myself, when I asked basic questions, they gave me wrong answers that if given to actual clients could cause injury. The other reviews here are clearly from people who work there trying to give you a false image of the place. Do your self a favor and check our surrounding gyms.

best value for health club. for only $43.00 month i can swim ,take all the class i want and there Free!!

like kickboxing,palite ,yoga,zumba and so many more.....

i get 2 free spin calss a week and the hour are the best i have seen 5:30am till midnight 7 dys a week

and only 25 .00 joing fee it's the cheepitsi found in milwaukee!!!

thay have towle and locker service a steam room and dry sauna in the locker roooms a pool thats warm!!!

no croweds you can gt in and get your workout and get out and not have a crowed. tahy have tanning ,massage, a bar and grill wich has great food like Pizza,turkey burgers,homemade soups,chips and tghe best checken wings in the city!! and low price !!!!!

10 racqueball courts and child care if you need it only 1.50 hour what a deal!

and basketball and free weight.

convenient Hours. Great Value, memberships start at $29.50 per month. Before I made my decision to join Southridge Athletic Club, I tried other health clubs around the southwest side. To my surprise, SAC offers the same fitness instructors as the more expensive clubs. It's definitely a unique place. The members range from children to 92. It doesn't matter what time I go to work out, (they're open from 5:30 am until midnight, seven days a week) I'm always greeted with a smile and a friendly "how are you today". I don't need new equipment thats not adjusted properly; I need equipment that works. SAC offers that. If youre really serious about your health and fitness, I recommend SAC for YOU.
