AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Just a note of caution. Dr. Blake doesn't respond to many emails, and does not take responsibility for his mistakes. He is very talented in regard to cosmetics, as evidenced by his patient before and after books, but does not thoroughly explain possible bad outcomes/effects. A procedure he did on my led to TMJD and when I emailed him, he didn't respond. I sought a second opinion and he refused to continue treatment. His attitude quickly changed when I questioned him about things and he totally refused to respond to me or refund me any money due to his poor treatment. In addition, his fees are nearly triple that of other dentists.
- Pros: beautiful office, pleasant staff (at first)
- Cons: doesn't stand behind work, thinks he's supreme, high cost
