Poor problem resolution.
Toys 'r Us on 27th just lost a good paying customer. When I have to return a bike twice for 2 different manufacturing defects and you won't waive the assembly fee for one you have in the stock room, I won't give you my business anymore.
I even showed the sales staff the first manufacturing defect and demonstrated it by swapping out said part on the floor model bicycle.
Very disappointed myself and more importantly, for my son.
