Best Wedding Cake!

We tried a lot of different cakes for our Wedding and were never quite satisfied with any of them. We had already put down a deposit with another Wedding cake provider when we decided to try one more, Rich's House of Cakes, and were blown away by their great tasting cake and not so overpoweringly sweet frosting. We changed our minds instantly-- even though we already had put down money for a different provider. Rich's House of Cakes didn't only provide us with a great tasting cake, they also gave us our moneys worth. Wheres other Wedding cake places only made us one small Wedding cake, Rich's House of Cake gave us a beautiful display and presentation, for the same amount of money. We got so many complements after the Wedding and would definitely come back for cake for all occasions. The service was great and we are still enjoying leftovers!!!

Horrible Place, avoid at all cost

The customer service is horrible. They do not stand behind their work and make stupid excuses why they can not produce the cake they claim to be able to do. We bought a cake from them and the cake was not what we ordered. We went to ask for an adjsutment in price but they refuse and made a stupid excuse that becasue the cake was small they had to reduce the ingredients. They lost us as clients and I will make sure that we tell as many pepole as possible about their horrible customer service. If you can not stand behind your product chose a different line of work. You will loss a lot of clients, and in these hard economic times is the last thing youi need. Besisdes when they handle their cakes they do not wash their hands, becarful whoever reads this review, I would never trust of buy from these crooks.
