I recently bought a brand new 2010 Nissan Murano at Rosen Nissan. After visiting 2 other dealerships, I was ready to give up. My coworker suggested I visit Rosen Nissan. I'm glad I did. I had a great experience buying my new car. Got a great deal. Plus I got to meet the owner Jeff Rosen.
Overall they were very friendly and had a very good selection to pick from. No high pressure sales.
I had a good experience from my fisst walk through the door. My husband and I was greeted with a friendly hello, and were directed to some comfortable seats and asked if we wanted something to drink while waiting for our Sales Rep to come. Our Sales Rep KEVIN BERGER was very friendly and was knowledgeable and took his time to listen to what I wanted and delivering on it, without being pushy. KEITH our Finance Rep was very knowledgeable and friendly also, and gave us the best deal for our money. They also do follow up calls to make sure all your questions were answered about your car, and to see how you're enjoying it. I would recommend Rosen Nissan/Kia to anyone looking for a new or used car. To top off our visit the Owner came and congratulated us on our New Car!
It is truly refreshing to go into a business and be treated the way I was recently treated at Rosen Nissan Kia. I went to Rosen to look at a few Nissan vehicles. I was never pressured, all my questions were answered and best of all, I received a very fair deal on my new Nissan. To top off the whole experience, the owner took the time to personally thank me for visiting his dealership. I will tell my friends and family about the great experience I had at Rosen.

The customer service was wonderful! I was pleasantly greeted every time I walked into the dealership. The salesman I worked with was very patient and kind with my concerns on purchasing a new car. My overall experience at Rosen Kia was good, I never felt uncomfortable there.

My husband and I went in on a Saturday afternoon, just to look at the new Optima. Met with Joshua, who was very pleasant and not a typical high pressure salesman. I wanted a low lease payment, and he worked the numbers, the best he could. As it turns out, we ended up buying the Optima, rather than leasing. (Financially made more sense). I wanted a specific color, and I wanted manual. They did not have it in stock, but found one and let me know when it was in. I have bought other cars before, I dont get crazy on the sales tactics...but I felt this experience was low stress. Joshua was helpful, realistic, infomative, and best of all genuinely nice. While we were there, the owner, also greeted us and said Thanks for coming. I thought the sales experience was painless, and low key. I love my new Optima, and will probably drive it until the wheels fall off. I drove a Toyota Corolla for 16 years, and I own a 95 BMW that I store in the winters, I am a very faithful car owner. This is the second auto we have bought from here, my husband bought a used GMC Envoy, years ago. So, I would recommend this dealership.
