DON'T GO HERE!.
This place was horrible.
I bought a netbook and asked specifically if I could return it if I put Ubuntu on it, if for some reason it didn't work. I was told, "Sure!" So, I did put it on it, but it didn't run well and the wireless card didn't work. I called to make sure, "I installed Ubuntu, can you take this back?" Again, I was told by an employee, "Yes, bring it back. We will just wipe it out."
I rode the bus over an hour to get there only to be told that they couldn't do it. After being told multiple times that they could.
They actually wanted to charge me over $100 to re-install the system so they could sell it, basically cutting my refund by $100. I argued, the people were rude to me, and basically stated they were doing me a favor by ONLY charging me $100 to take it back. When I tried to point out the irrationality of it and how many times I asked to make sure that they would accept it, they just pointed back to their inability to make a profit of it and the need to have to re-install the system.
The store was dirty, the people were rude, and many of the items I did want were out of stock. Waste of my time and money.…
