Unethical service

by peter kelly at Citysearch

My dog can repair TV's better than this place. They had my TV for a month. Excuse after excuse. When it was finally done I had to pay cash firs,t before they would even show me my own TV.

Would not help me load the TV into my car.

Then their repair lasted FOUR DAYS!

Same problem again.

Called them up and they refused to help me.

This place is a JOKE and I am out $550.00.

The positive reviews gotta be fake with a place this bad.

CALL your manufacture for an authorized service center.

Contrary to the the other review, Samsung does not recommend this company to repair Samsung products.

I checked. 1-800-SAMSUNG

Emergency TV Service Customer Review

by bwied at Citysearch

I have a 2 and a half year old Samsung LCD that had a bad power supply. (Common problem according to the Web) Emergency came out the next day, took the tv with them, and had it back to me two days later. I was nervous about sending my TV away with them since I never dealt with them in the past but I have seen their adds on TV since I was a kid so I figured they must do good work to still be around. The TV fired up right away and the cost was reasonable in my opinion. ($182) HSC, the company that Samsung referred me to, wanted $150 just to come look at the TV. I definitely recommend them for TV repairs.

fixed my projector

by juka at Citysearch

I live in Tosa, and my projector was making purple vertical lines. I called around to many different locations, but had a difficult time finding anyone who can repair projectors. It came down to Emergency TV Service and American Furniture and Appliances. Emergency TV Service only charges $18 to diagnose the problem. American wanted $75 just to diagnose the problem. Long story short, Emergeny TV Service fixed my projector in 2 days for $5 dollars less than American would have charged me just to diagnose the problem. Also Emergency TV Service does their own work, while American uses a subcontractor. Oh yeah, Emergency TV Service also cleaned my projector and got rid of some small spots, even through I never mentioned that when I dropped it off. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my service and would recommend it to anyone looking for fast/cheap service.

  • Pros: fast and cheap

Avoid this place like your life depended on it.

by MrTV at Citysearch

Unreliable and dishonest.

Got taken for $621.39 and their TV repair lasted one day. They do not return my calls and do not honor their warranty.

  • Pros: Good place to get ripped off at
  • Cons: Got the shaft.
