First class service!. Our insurance company recommended Kelmann Corporation after we suffered major water damage at our home caused by a pipe break.

They immediately responded on site and quickly began the process of restoration. They provided stellar customer service throughout the repair process. Our personal property was handled in a professional manner, and they attended to every important detail when restoring our home.

A really great experence. My house flooded in 2010. The Kelmann crew was really great. They truly respected my family and our house. They were really great to my kids! They actually saved most of our belongings and our entire basement. My wife broke down and cried when the Kelmann guys showed her some heirlooms they saved. They were awesome. My insurance agent and the adjuster my insurance company sent, both said Kelmann was the BEST. I had heard of Kelmann before but never needed their service. After this experience, I thanked my agent for telling me about Kelmann. I agree. The folks at Kelmann ARE the best. My family owes them for saving a big part of our basement and family belongings.

Total nightmare. This company came in after we had a fire in our basement, promised us the world. For 3 months our house sat except for a week with nothing being done. We had to threaten to call channel 6 news to get them to do the job. Once they got in, we ended up doing the painting ourselves, they could not do the basement where most of the damage was done because they stated water leak, so all that left for them to do was contract other people to clean. They did the kitchen and floor in the living room because of smoke damage. In the beginning they went around sawing off all the pipes and left them open so that there have been plumbing issues. We are doing the basement ourselves. They put a railing in our hallway going downstairs that falls off because they nailed it into drywall instead of wood. Even at the very end the paperwork was not filled out correctly after we paid them to show that it had been all paid.
