mediocre food, nasty and rude service. How do you like it when the servers don't bring back your change? It happens all the time here. Sometimes it isn't worth the embarassment to ask for the change, but today I had enough of it, so I politely asked for the change at the bar. The tall guy working there threw a fit and started making gestures like he was going to jump on me. Apparently these people don't think it is up to the customer to decide how much to tip.
