I'd rather have had bad Mexican food..... Then have gone inside this place. They told me ALL which was wrong with my clock. It ONLY needed a bi-yearly cleaning. They INSISTED it had fallen off the wall. NO way. The clock would be ruined, in pieces. They said they could tell and could fix it. So, for, $300, they 'fixed it.' And, it would not run when I got it home. I took it to another clock man in Waukesha and he said in NO way had it fallen from the wall. And, that it ONLY needed a cleaning. He was it was NEVER cleaned and he could not see what I got for $300. I returned and spoke to an old old man.At first, he's nice, then, he gets NASTY. I asked him for my $300 back as NO clock cleaning was done. And, the people in Waukesha as NO damage and nothing he had done for the clock. The old man said I was only trying to get something FREE at his shop. There was NOTHING there I'd have them pay me for, it's SO horrible. The man said he'd give me $50 off on my next clock cleaning. I told him I'll NEVER go there again. And, I won't. Don't go there. It's VERY bizarre there. It seems like some know their clocks, where others, have NO clue. Maybe they ship out to China to be fixed? I've heard some complaints from other people in the city when I told them about my problems. I'd rather eat rancid meat at Mexican place, than, go to this place again!
