ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I went to get the "ombre" look which is dark at top and slowly fades to lighter and looks natural and like a beach look. Sean was my stylist, I brought in several pictures of what I wanted it to look like, and he continued to color my hair like they way that he thought I wanted it. After washing my hair he then curled it, I liked it when I left. (I spent 140 on this look) When I got home and straightened it I realized he had done a HORRIBLE job there were dark streaks and chunks in the light part of my hair and the color was so uneven I could've done a better job out of a box at home! I couldn't even wear my hair down without getting looked at funny. I called and complained and they had me come in to fix my hair for free. I arrived and had Jenny as my stylist she acted as if nothing was wrong with my hair and had the manager come out and they both said " since your hair was dark there will be some pieces that the color wont pull through all the way" ( i kept thinking in my head so im supposed to look like a zebra??!!?) They continued to tell me they couldn't just dye my hair back to my solid brunette color before ( because i would have to pay for it!!) they could only try and re-do the ombre look they already messed up..after 20 minutes of prying at them they agreed to dye it my original hair color. SERVICE WAS UNEXCEPTABLE, and extremely rude. NOT ONCE did anyone from the place apologize for what they had done to my hair or admit that the first stylist had messed up....needless to say I will never go back there again i ended up paying 160 for them to damage my hair be rude to me and dye it back to the color i first had. I hope nobody ever has to go through with this EVER.

Great Salon. I travel a lot for work and used this website to track down a good salon. I am so glad I did. I have short hair and was looking for some razor cut finishing. I was booked with Mickey. She is FANTASTIC! She listened to what my needs were and gave me a cut even better than I expected. She showed me a new way to style. She has 13 years of experience and has a large client base, so you have to book ahead. She also told me Ingrid taught her how to do razor cuts and to ask for her if Mickey is booked. I travel to this area often and will definitely schedule again at this salon. Make sure to check their website for discounts. I missed out on $20 off my first hairbut - bummer! It would've been nice if they'd provided this discount regardless. But, I'll be back!

Great Salon. I agree with all the reviewers. Carenza is great. I am a serial monogomist when it comes to hair stylists. When I find one I like I stick to her (never found a guy yet) without straying. I was getting my hair cut at the famous Bumble and Bumble in Chelsea, NYC for three years before I found Holly at Carenza. Frankly, I get just as good--or better--cuts and color with Holly for a fraction of the cost. Their prices are very reasonable for the service and quality you get. Sometimes its hard to get an appt with Holly, as she only works two days a week. But in an "emergency" the staff is very helpful in coordinating care with other stylists in the salon, so Holly can guide/participate in my cut and color. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Best Salon Ever!. I was a client of Carenza for many years before moving to Scottsdale AZ. Nicole was my stylist and always did a great job getting me from a dark-haired brunette to a cool platinum blonde. She'd listen to me and my goals with my hair. Even when I was growing it out she never cut more than the "shnibbles" off of the ends, just to clean up my look.

My hair was in the best shape it's even been in during the years at Carenza. I only wish I could find a salon or stylist like that in my new town!

Elegant and Personalized Experience. I've been a client for a number of years. I have had many updated, fashionable hair cuts and other services such as color, pedicure's and manicures. The service is very personalized and I highly recommend it.

Carenza Salon. I have been going to Carenza for 3 years, every experience has been great. My original stylist at the salon had left the and I was worried when I had to switched, I even tried a different salon but came back and found the perfect stylist for me!!!! I love the massage chairs!! The whole staff is wonderful!!

Trendy, FRIENDLY, upscale, PERFECT EXPERIENCE. I love this place. I have been going to Carenza for 11 years now. I am always happy with my hilights and color and haircut. The atmosphere is relaxing, yet trendy. I feel like i JUST WALKED INTO A RUNWAY SHOW....I leave feeling great about my hair and myself. I always enjoy my conversations there as well. My stylists Becky and Sara have become my friends over the years as well. I highly recommend this place!
