Fantastic driving school! Would highly recommend to anyone. Our daughters instructor was great and the office was always helpful. There are a lot of bad driving schools out there but this certainly isn't one of them. Send your kids here. View Less …
DON"T USE THIS SCHOOL!! They gladly took my daughter's money for lessons, and when we told them that she wasn't ready to start them yet, they suspended her license!! We had to pay over 80 dollars to reinstate it with the state of WI. Teach your child yourself, and save the money and hassels... View Less …
Awesome!. We had an great experience with Arcade Drivers School. We have used them for 4 of our sons and have always had outstanding teachers. The teachers taught my sons what they needed to know to get a license and more! The office was always very accomadating and went out of their way to help us with scheduling. NIGHTMARE!!! Please do not send your child here.. My son is enrolled in Arcade right now. I cancelled an appointentment he could not attend 5 days before the his appointment. I called and cancelled and the women there gave me a new time. I thought all was well. The day after his original appointment I get a call wondering why he didnt show up. I told the lady I cancelled and was set up with a new appointment. She said she didnt have a record of that so that meant I had to pay a 55 dollar fee! I would have to pay that for being responsible and calling way ahead to cancel! I had to go in person to the office and they said the instructor made an extra appointment with my son, that it was not me that made the new appointment!! I couldnt beleive it. Later the instructor admitted he couldnt really remember or not if he did make the extra apointment ot not so they finally waived the fee. I didnt have to pay but I did have to pay with anxiety and stress!!!! DONT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE. View Less …
Dissatisfied. Very dissatisfied! Numerous problems with the behind the wheel program. Charged $40 for a missed appointment, which we were there for but the instructor never showed. Instructor told the kids they had to come back for another scheduled drive after they had already completed the program. The Wales Instructor cancelled the day of appointment 3 times, but Arcade will charge if the student doesn't cancel 24 hours prior. Owner is very unhelpful. Highly recommend you don't get involved with Arcade Driving School. View Less …
