WOW! 22 Years in business with only 2 complaints!!. This company has been in business for 22 years and has only had 2 complaints in that time! Sometimes in the course of business a company bumps in to a customer that just can't be made happy no matter what you do. Brian bends over backwards for his customers and always goes that extra mile. So if you see an unhappy one like the 2 listed below, you just have to understand that they are they type that cannot be satisfied ever and want to be unhappy. View Less …
Be very very careful......... We, and a few friends hired Bryan Miick in the summer of 2009 to finish a couple of projects in our homes. He talks a great talk, that he will work with you, and you don't have to come up with all the money at once. But, he does all the inexpensive work first, and never finishes his jobs!! He runs multiple businesses and never stays long enough to finish. AND ONLY SHOWS WHEN HE THINKS HE GETTING MORE MONEY. Be very very careful of this guy! View Less …
Avoid at all cost. Dear Potential Customer of Brian Miick, Working with Mr. Miick has been the worst experience of my life. Having bought a home from him in the past year (since then he's gone back into kitchen and bath remoedels) he still hasn't finished work to be done on our house. Even after I gave him one year to do so, I have not heard one word from him. He does not return phone calls, doesn't follow through on what he says he is going to do, doesn't come when he is supposed to or even bother to call to explain, and only did a few of the projects after the closing on hour house that were minor and even then it took months and months. All of this despite written documentation at closing that things would be done within 60 days. If he were the last kitchen and bath remodeler in the state, I woulnd't hire him. Unless of course any of this sounds good to you. I am not one to complain, and have never filed a complaint before. The service was so aweful, I feel compelled to inform others so that they don't make the huge mistake of listening to his promises and then have to go through what my wife and I have gone through. Now, I'm left to pay for the projects myself, when any decent businessman would have taken care of these projects within the time agreed. Please do yourself a favor and keep looking for someone (ANYONE) else for your kitchen or bathroom remodel. View Less …
