Finding that unique burger, not only in terms of superb flavor but served in a place that isn't in or near a mall and is frequented by locals, isn't always easy. Finding Sobelman's is a challenge but it is definitely worth it. Just order "a Sobelman's" (or a double Sobleman's if you're really hungry) and wash it down with a Sprecher Amber. That's fine livin'. The workers are friendly and make you feel like they are glad you're there. It's not very big but much bigger now that they've added an extra room. During Packer games, it's packed. This is the best burger in Milwaukee, and the competition in this town is tough.
Pros: great burgers
Cons: parking on the hill in the winter is hard

this really IS milwaukee's best burgers. it gets crazy busy at times but is well worth it. best burgers in town, and a nice spot for a beer.
