loosers. took in some items to see what i may have been offered (got 800 at another store) they ignored i was even in the store untill i asked to talk to someone!! when i finally got someones attention they told me they werent interested before they had even seen anything. so i walked out.they obviously are all just a bunch of friends that like to do things there way and not give a S*** about there customers.

Deceptive Workers and Management. This is a very poorly run organization, without the potential to improve. For example, as I was looking at purchasing unique, collectable Swiss watches I stumbled upon a Gevril. In looking at it they volunteered an insult about my $3k watch and hyped up the Gevril (odd sales strategy). I did not buy their overpriced watch and instead found it at another jeweler for 1/3 the price. For kicks, I brought it in to see what they would say (after theirs had sold, a year later). THey told me those watches were mediocre at best (untrue) and again volunteered that they could give me $200 for it. Ridiculous.
