Poor service. I have been to Bangkok House before. I liked the food, although it is slightly overpriced. I tried to order carry-out, a service they advertise on their website, but they had taken their phone off the hook and it was constantly busy. I drove there to order, and was told the take out food would take 45 minutes. 45 minutes would have been alright, if I could have ordered over the phone and waited a half hour before going to pick it up. I mentioned that their phone is off the hook and all the owner said was "we are busy." Meanwhile, a couple told the owner that they had been sitting for a half hour waiting to be served and no one even came to take their order. Again, the owner said, "sorry, we are busy" but did not comp their beers. The couple paid for the beers and left. I left too.

Best Thai In Milwaukee from a Chicago Critic. This is the best Thai food in Milwaukee hands down.I have tried almsot all the Thai Restaurants in Milwaukee.The flavors and taste is excellent.Fresh vegetables and Basil leaves abound.Try the Volcano dishes and the Pud Thai.
