10 in a dozen?. Ordered through 1800Flowers and the flowers were received fast, however two of the roses themselves were missing, with a dry stem looking like they had been cut off a while before...the description said you should be able to watch them open and even after new water, using some of the packet and cutting the stems on a slant they never opened and with each passing day just drooped and wilted. My boyfriend called and they were extremely apologetic and gave us $20 off the next purchase and a new dozen (monday morning), they also called to make sure we received them. So although I was not happy with them at first they redeemed themselves and these roses are HUGE and they were more than willing to make things right and go above and beyond, just wish it didn't take something to go wrong to make it that way. I think they did handle it wonderfully though and would order through them again, I believe in second chances. =)
