Poorest Service Ever!. This was by far the WORST Jimmy John's I ever been to. First I wasn't greeted when I came in, the two teenagers were behind the counter being pokey. Then I tell the boy what I wanted, and he puts these tiny little ends of tomatos on my sandwich. He was too LAZY, as most teenagers are, to get a new thing of them. Plus he didn't even take the time to look and see what was actually on the sandwich. From now on I am only going to Mequon!!! SCREW GERMANTOWN!

Jimmy John Liautaud started his first sandwich shop in Charleston, Ill., in 1983. After mastering his bread recipe, he garnered a fan base through low prices and delivery service. Now, locations nationwide offer Turkey Toms on French bread or Italian Night Clubs on seven-grain bread. While delivery is still an option at many locations, most customers order at the counter. Sit at tables or booths beneath signs proclaiming "Free Smells" and "Subs So Fast, You'll Freak."

Service? What service?. While food comes fast, employees treat customers horribly. The owner of this shop ones one in brookfield, and is prone to badmouthing, insulting, and cursing at customers he doesn't like. What ever happened to the customer is always right?

Freak. Best sub I've ever had. But, they started charging 50 cents if you want to pay with a credit card of check. That sucks!
