Editorial Review for Paddy's Pub – by CL Speering
In Short
Decorated like a cozy living room with dark wood, leaded glass, nostalgic murals and soft lighting, Paddy's is one of the most authentically Irish joints in town. Occasionally, old black-and-white movies are projected onto the wall, evoking old-school romance. Year-round it's a great spot: Enjoy a cold Irish ice cream drink on the beautiful outdoor patio in the summer, or savor a fine scotch next to the toasty fireplace in the winter.

Insider Tips
The ExtrasOwners Woody and Paddy are almost always in the pub and have been known to give lessons on fine scotch to anyone who asks.
When to GoOccasionally, there's live music on the patio during the summer months. Call ahead to find out who's playing and get there early--the popular patio is small and fills up quickly.

Paddy’s is definitely a well done recreation of an Irish Pub; Dark wood, tables with chairs, and a long bar. The drinks aren’t anything different than you would find anywhere else around the area. The real reason to go to Paddy’s is for the outdoor patio. It’s spacious and in the back, away from the street. My only real gripe about this place is the constant crowd. I’ve been there on numerous occasions, both very late on a weeknight and at 6am for the Irish breakfast, and the place always seems like it is at capacity. It wouldn’t be a huge problem, except there are some extremely narrow spaces inside the bar. Just getting from one end of the bar to the other can take a few minutes when you have to constantly squeeze by everybody. However, the constant crowd is a testament to the loyal clientele.
Pros: Atmosphere
Cons: Crowds

Awesome place to see!! There are so many place to sit and get drinks. I believe there is three different bartender stations throughout this place. It's kinda narrow to get through some hallways, but its such a spread out place. You can go outside, upstairs and downstairs to drink. There is just so much to see, its a nice cozy place with wooden chairs everywhere. I enjoyed my experience, and my friend knew the owner so we stayed and talked about how he came about building everything. Good place to visit and have a drink or two, bartenders are friendly and atmosphere is a true Irish pub.
Pros: Real Irish Pub!
Cons: Can get a little crammed
