Over rated and not what it used to be when it was peg Bradley's. When I began planning my wedding Zita's/Peg Bradley's was the first place I wanted to look at because of the great reputation they used to have and because it was where my family had previously gone years back. I was warned that the quality of service was no longer what it sued to be, but wanted to try it anyway. I made three diffferent visits there, and all three times felt like I was intruding on the employees. They appeared to be working on other things, but since I was the only customer in the store I was surprised that at least one of the employees did not come over. When someone finally did she gave me the sense that she was too busy to deal with my questions; she was very short and uninformative. When I asked her to check on a fabric for me she rolled her eyes and said "well, I suppose I can TRY". This was especially surprising to me since I have found that Zita's is quite a bit more than many of the other bridal shops in Milwaukee, for the exact same dresses! I would e willing to pay the extra price if I was getting the service to go with it. But, since that does not appear to be the case, I would rather go to one of the other establishments in Milwaukee.
