Very Nice Hotel, excellent service and personal attention. I stayed there in December 2009 along with several of my adult children and their families while in Waukesha for my Eldest Son's wedding. Each family or person stayed in seperate suites or rooms and all were accomodated with excellent service. The General Manager gave members of our group a price reduction in response to our telephone conversation as we originally booked the group of rooms. That was appreciated. However, there was no reduction in the excellent level of service and staff attention to detail which we recieved. The needs of both adults and children were very graciously met by management and staff alike. Rooms and other facilities were well maintained and very comfortable. I travel often in my work, and have several times been disappointed with poor staff attitudes and less than comfortable facilities in comparably priced hotels.This particular Comfort Suites hotel stands out above the rest, and is a credit to the chain. My appreciation goes out to the hotel's management who obviously take care to skillfully operate their business and maintain their employees' good additudes. Their service was great, local information and directions were helpful and accurate, and the staff was geniunely friendly and customer oriented. I will enjoy staying at this facility again when ever I have occasion to visit the area for business or personal travel.
