I had a great experience at Road Track
and Trail. I found a 2005 Polaris Sportsman 800 ATV on their website that I knew (or so I thought) I wanted. I called, spoke to Rick and told him I was interested, but that I wanted a snow plow. Rick told me they had a used mount/plow that they would install immediately so I could pick it up the next day. I told him to install it and I'd be there.
Upon arriving the next day, I had changed my mind and decided I wanted so something bigger. I ended up with a 2012 Arctic Cat 700 2-seat cruiser but I still wanted a plow. I had driven over 90 minutes there for nothing I figured since it would take a week to get a mount/plow installed. Rick was able to get a new Moose county plow on in less than two hours, on a Saturday even! If you have never been there, you will be amazed at the sheer number of bikes, sleds, and machines they have, not to mention the number of customers on a Saturday at noon. For them (including an awesome shop mechanic named Jesse who spent a lot of time with me going over everything) to accommodate me so quickly was impressive.
Oh, and perhaps most importantly, my quad was priced VERY well, under KBB and NADA guides too.
I will be back to RT&T in the Spring for my next motorcycle!
Just a quick note to compliment you on a tremendous staff you have and to tell you about the wonderful buying experience I had recently. I purchased a 2007 FJR from RRT last week and couldn't be happier. On the phone Adam was very professional and gave me straightforward answers to all my questions.(and I have a lot of questions!) He didn't make me feel uncomfortable during the negotiation process and made everything go almost effortlessly. When I got to the store, he treated me the same way. He had all the time in the world to help me and did a fantastic job doing it. The rest of your staff was great too! I interacted with Mike(mechanic), Dean, Ben, Chad, Garrett, and "Butter" in person and Todd and Mike(parts)on the phone. All were friendly, helpful and seemed very happy with what they were doing. Nick, how did you manage that? You should write a book! So let me thank you in a big way and again say I had a great experience at your business and respect your staff for all their help.
My entire experience with your company has been outstanding. You precisely described the condition of the Scooter, handled the arrangements as promised and I am good to go. I will be back when my ride needs to change. Thanks again!
Wow. I was amazed to find this place. They have the biggest used bike selection you will find. Great inventory. No pressure sales team. Ryan sold me my new toy and I highly recomend him to anyone. He was honest, helpful and didnt play games. My marauder rides awesome. Thanks road track & trail. You have another life long customer.
I recently bought a snowmobile and after only 300 miles i had a major break down. The snowmobile was brought back. Road track and trail stood behind the sale and reimbursed me for part of the repairs. They would not have had to, but they did. I was very happy with this situation was handled.
As a first time buyer, i was pleased that the staff answered every question i had. They didn't sell me the most expensive bike and directed me in a price range that they though i was good for the first bike. I will always recommend this place.
