OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I needed a new outfit to go to a special event and went to Torrence House of Threads and the sales people there asked me if I needed some help and told them what I need but not a shopper. Not only did the saleperson pick out the outfit for me he also picked the shoes as well.
Since I don't dress up often I was a little nervous going to this event with this new outfit but once I got there I had so many compliments on my outfit and my shoes. I'm a guy and other guys came to me like where you get that outfit and them shoes I said Torrence house of Threads and they stated oh wow i have to go there. They even done the tailoring for me that same day. I've been going back everytime I need an outfit.
What a professional staff.
