Ok food, bad service, pay for salsa?. I used to come to Arribas a lot but I wont be going ever again because of a recent policy change. They used to give you all the salsa you wanted, but now they start you off with a tiny amount, and if you want more, you have to pay for it. Part of the reason I go to mexican restaraunts is for the complimentary chips and salsa, and Arriba has now ruined this for me.

Greatest Mexican in town. I've always loved Arriba. Their chips, salsa, and guacamole are all made in their own kitchen daily. Plenty to choose from on the menu... even a really good American portion (burgers are really yummy) if somebody in your group isn't a fan of Mexican. Extremely friendly service, full bar (great margaritas - saw the bartender making them... not from a machine like many Mexican places), cozy atmosphere, and very family-friendly.

I want to disagree with the review posted before me. I've never experienced that sort of discrimination at Arriba. Perhaps the waiter was having a bad day; servers are, after all, humans like the rest of us.

food good service the last time was awful. I was introduced to this rest. by a co-work. The first time we went in (my husband and I), it was great the waitress was pleasant and the food was great. The second time 3 weeks later the waiter was rude and seemed to question our presence. I really enjoyed the place and it is very close to home, but we did not receive a warm welcome as we did the first time. It almost gives me the impression that African-American's are not welcomed. I will give them another chance because of the food and the location.
