Bravo. Bravo bravo... The hottest day of the year, you came out as promised, with the utmost professionalism and caring to our needs. You did not talk below us and you certainly kept the cost reasonable and fair. I found you on the internet and picked you by your reviews. This I recommend everyone to do. It seams you find the best people/business/companies this way. Tom's has most definately found a customer in us!

Excellent Service/Great Price. Extremely happy with the service I received.

I called in the morning on a very hot day. I was told they would try and fit me in today or tomorrow. To my surprise they called me the same day at 7:30PM and they were able to fix my air conditioner within an hour. It cost me under $130 including the part. Very nice people. I wish I would have called them sooner.

No Call Back. Contacted this company twice in a two week period to get some HVAC pipe moved to accommodate another project. Despite leaving messages twice, despite leaving the name of the person who referred me to them, and despite my reference to potential additional work beyond the current project I have yet to receive any return phone call. The lack of contact leads me to believe the "dependable" part of this company is suspect at best. It would lead me to believe that contracted work, warranty work, and/or craftsmanship may also be less than dependable.

Yes they really are. They installed a hydronic furnace for me 9 years ago. The water jacket started leaking. It was covered by a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, that company's furnaces are no longer sold anywhere in this area. There was no way to get a replacement water jacket.

Because he couldn't replace the jacket Tom worked out a special deal with his supplier for a new furnace from a different company, got the price reduced by 25%, and then installed it for no charge. All this was done in just over 1 day's time.

Also, as stated by the previous reviewer, they were here within minutes of when they said they would be, and did excellant and quick work. Had the old boiler out and the new one in and running within 3 1/2 hours.
