With obvious factory connections, you'll find the freshest Miller in town at this casual hotel pub.. The Scene This nicely appointed joint is perfect for conventioneers after meetings at the Midwest Airlines Center across the street. It's also a good spot to watch your favorite game--there are plenty of TVs, lots of game-day specials on food and beer, and giveaways. Grab a stool at the long wooden bar or choose a table or booth if you've got a group.
The Draw As you might guess, the draft beers here are all Miller products, with Leinenkugel's and Foster's thrown in, since Miller is the distributor. If you're hungry, try either the chili (which is thick and chunky--almost like chili verde) or beer-cheese soup--both served in a round, hollowed-out loaf of rye bread. Food offerings are rather basic, with the highlight being hand-carved sandwiches (turkey, ham and corned beef), along with burgers and dogs. A full bar is also available, with the Bloody Mary as a house specialty.
