Excellent Food, service and atmosphere

Takes old classics and puts a worldly twist on them. The food is fresh and prepared well. Oh and you get plenty of food, bring your appetite or be sure to make space in your fridge before you leave the house.

Excellent Brunch....Top Quality

My wife and I decided to try brunch there about 2 months ago. The menu was packed with mouth watering items and I could not decide which one to try.
I gave the banana foster french toast and I was not disappointed. My only compliant is that I could not eat it all because the portion was huge.
My wife order the eggs benedict and it was melt in your mouth delicious.
We have been back multiple times since the first visit and have yet to be disappointed. Nothing bad to say about this place. We are now regulars on the weekends.
- Pros: Banana Foster French Toast and Eggs Benedict are delicious
- Cons: Cannot try everything on the menu at once.

One of my favorite restaurants

The Palms is one of my favorite places down in the Third Ward. The food is always reliable, unique, and decently priced. Plus, they offer a great variety, so I can go there and get almost anything I'm in the mood for. I especially love their fish specials--I think they have some of the best seafood in Milwaukee. Plus their individual pizzas are to die for--try the one with the artichoke. I still miss the asian slaw they took off the menu, but the new one's almost as good. I've also had some delicious soups there--very high quality. In addition to great food, the atmosphere is very upbeat and artsy.
Oh one more thing--I've had consistently superior service there. Their wait staff is well trained and personable, and the level of service is far above average. I would recommend this place to anyone--and frequently do!
- Pros: Great variety--salads, fish, pizza, etc.
- Cons: Very popular, so allow enough time.
